used it the first time last week. My husband and I went off for a couple days and took my scooter. It only weighs 48 lbs and my husband and I had no problems getting it to fit in the trunk of my car. It folds us nicely and the trunk is not real big, but it fit perfectly. I used it for 2 days riding around the resort and had the most comments on how pretty it was. It function fantastic and held a charge superb. Only moved 1 bar off full charge the first day. Of course I did not have it running he entire time. But I am very happy with my scooter. . I did however loose my foot mat on our trip and contacted the seller and had excellent responce and they were very nice to deal with and got me another mat ordered and Had my scooter for several weeks
building was very simple and took only 10 minutes. Pace control is wonderful for when you're driving around tight spaces and cell lasts a long time. I would advise this scooter to anyone looking for a quick, lightweight model. and Fantastic personal scooter! It arrived much quicker then expected
speedy. It is superb on paved and challenging surfaces. Have to unhurried it down on gravel. This is airline approved I flew to the Keys with this thing. To keep it simpler I left the armrests off of it (I am not a fall risk) and the batteries are only 5 pounds each. Pick up the extra power pack, it's worth the peace of mind, although I have yet to use one up. and This thing is light
very comfortable. Has lots of storage for little extras. Have taken it to theme parks, the mall and so straightforward to operate. Excellent value. and Really like enjoy really like this scooter. Lightweight
First of all, it came a week sooner that expected - that was excellent! Plus, I must say my husband and I were both impressed with the sturdy design and build of this scooter. He was able to put it together with ease. We had some trouble in the beginning with making it work. I thought the charge unit was not charged well enough because it was not showing all green on the tiller screen and even though the horn would sound and the light would come on, when we tried to make it go, it would not. I was so confused - I thought we had done everything correctly; so I sent an email to the company asking what might be the concern. They responded within 1 day, with pictures, explanations, and different things to try. Turns out when it is fully charged all the lights will not be green, 1 will be red and a couple orange. But the main thing was, we didn't have it in drive, we had it in neutral. The switch on the bottom back must be in D for Drive. That fixed the concern immediately. We were grateful it was just operator error and also that the company was so quick in getting back to us. My husband loves his new scooter and would highly endorse it.
