used it the first time last week. My husband and I went off for a couple days and took my scooter. It only weighs 48 lbs and my husband and I had no problems getting it to fit in the trunk of my car. It folds us nicely and the trunk is not real big, but it fit perfectly. I used it for 2 days riding around the resort and had the most comments on how pretty it was. It function fantastic and held a charge superb. Only moved 1 bar off full charge the first day. Of course I did not have it running he entire time. But I am very happy with my scooter. . I did however loose my foot mat on our trip and contacted the seller and had excellent responce and they were very nice to deal with and got me another mat ordered and Had my scooter for several weeks

speedy. It is superb on paved and challenging surfaces. Have to unhurried it down on gravel. This is airline approved I flew to the Keys with this thing. To keep it simpler I left the armrests off of it (I am not a fall risk) and the batteries are only 5 pounds each. Pick up the extra power pack, it's worth the peace of mind, although I have yet to use one up. and This thing is light

First of all, it came a week sooner that expected - that was excellent! Plus, I must say my husband and I were both impressed with the sturdy design and build of this scooter. He was able to put it together with ease. We had some trouble in the beginning with making it work. I thought the charge unit was not charged well enough because it was not showing all green on the tiller screen and even though the horn would sound and the light would come on, when we tried to make it go, it would not. I was so confused - I thought we had done everything correctly; so I sent an email to the company asking what might be the concern. They responded within 1 day, with pictures, explanations, and different things to try. Turns out when it is fully charged all the lights will not be green, 1 will be red and a couple orange. But the main thing was, we didn't have it in drive, we had it in neutral. The switch on the bottom back must be in D for Drive. That fixed the concern immediately. We were grateful it was just operator error and also that the company was so quick in getting back to us. My husband loves his new scooter and would highly endorse it.

The scooter arrived earlier then expected.It was well packed ,no mar at all.It was very uncomplicated to to put together directions were very clear.Lastly i had a question and emailed the sender.I also called,but after hours.I didn’t leave a message ,was going to call later. they answered the email the next day and also called to make sure i got the email.5 star customer service.

Very happy with this get. It’s light enough that my wife can take it in & out of the trunk without problem. Folds up easily & power wise seems to have enough for inclines and continued use. Overall very solid pick up for the money!

the scooters arrived April 4. The transport was speedy and arrived in excellent condition. The scooter pulled out of the box quite easily and was in the folded position. The steering column and handle bar fastened easily with one hand nob. The seat snapped right into place . The seat and back cushions held in place by Velcro. The arms of the seat held in place by two nuts and bolts. The scooter came with one charge unit installed in the floor and has a charger. There were no scratches or dents. It was a superb price and get. and I placed an order for light weight mobility scooters on April 3

The description says it was lightweight. After we put it together, I could not even begin to lift it much less put in my SUV.

This is a fantastic scooter! It arrived fairly straightforward to complete the building. We did have to get a little help from ny grandson to finish tge setup, since my husband and myself are in our 80's.My husband has dementia but the scooter is simple for him to operate. He loves it!

We are very pleased with our mobility scooter.. it is durable, very quiet and light weight. Putting together is very straightforward.. we give the scooter a 5 star.. very happy ❤️

THIS HAPPENED TO ME THE OTHER DAY AND I LANDED ON MY HEAD. BE AWARE AND MY ADVICE WOULD BE TO WALK SLOWLY ALONGSIDE THE CART UP STEEP HILLS AND TO TRY TO AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. Pay heed, this is not a toy this is a tool and I'm impressed by the machine, although I've only had it for a short time. Very straightforward to set up

Im not one for reviews, but this was delivered super speedy and extremely straightforward to put together. Its not super heavy and straightforward to transport. I bought this for my mother because she is ill and as she is getting older, she cant move around as well. She absolutely loves it. Its not to big not, but not to small. Its perfect for her. Can't wait to test this out and see how long the charge unit will last. Definitely want to get a replacement just incase. The pace control is a superb touch. Definitely recommending this to others.

Poor quality of material for the price. Flimsy made. Would really enjoy to return it but didn’t realize I had to pay postage & a 20% restocking fee. If it was free returnable I would just purchase one of the cheaper models. It says heaviest piece is 29# but I question that. It’s heavy. Anyone with limited mobity could never put it together to transport. I’m one dissatisfied customer
