At MIHAYO, your satisfaction with our products is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, we have implemented a clear and fair return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Return Eligibility

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Note: We do not accept returns sent back directly without prior confirmation from us.

For all returns, customers must provide proof of purchase and at least one photo of the product in full packaging (e.g., front, side) for verification. Note: Custom-made items are non-returnable once sold.

Initiating a Return

To start the return process:

Contact our customer service team via email at mihayo.services@outlook.com or fill out the form on our website, providing your order number and reason for return.

Your request will be processed within 3 business days of receipt (holidays apply). If your request is submitted on a holiday, the processing time will begin on the next business day. If your return is approved, we will send you a confirmed return address or a return label, which you must print and use to ship the item back. (Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.)

Return Shipping Costs

For returns/exchanges/refunds not due to product defects:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the request is based on personal reasons, including:

• Product does not meet customer needs

• Dislike of color/quality

• Change of mind

• Incorrect order placement

• Product purchased from a third-party seller

• Non-quality-related issues

Inspection and Approval

Our team will inspect the returned item within 7 business days of receipt to ensure it meets eligibility criteria.

Once approved, the refund process will begin. Partial refunds (10%-30%) may apply if the product is damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition due to customer negligence (e.g., packaging damage, missing accessories).

No refunds will be issued for: Orders not meeting our return criteria. Lost returns due to untracked shipping. Packages destroyed by the carrier after customer refusal (carriers typically destroy, rather than return, refused packages).
