1. Warranty Period: This product enjoys one year warranty for the mainframe and six months warranty for the battery and accessories from the date of purchase. If the product fails due to quality problems, our company will provide free repair service.
2. Warranty Scope: This warranty only covers failures caused by defects in materials and workmanship during the manufacturing process. Human damage, accidents and unauthorized repairs are not covered by the warranty.
3. Warranty Procedure: In case of product failure, please contact our after-sales service department within the warranty period. Our technicians will provide you with guidance or arrange for repair. During the repair process, we will use original spare parts to ensure the quality and performance of the product.
Returns Service
We are committed to providing the best shopping experience, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or have any problems, please contact us first to deal with it, once we confirm that we will provide you with a reasonable solution, we will be happy to provide you with a return service. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your item so that we can arrange a return for you.
Return conditions:
1. The item must be in its original packaging and in unused condition. If it has been used, we will charge a depreciation fee of 20%-60% of the item's price, depending on the use of the item.
